NetJets Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, sells part ownership or shares of private business jets. The external brand had gone through a massive redesign affecting everything a customer sees and touches. This left a disconnect between the external and internal brand. A new set of foundation elements was created anchored by a set of guiding values for employees. A robust library of employee images was created by visiting locations around the country capturing and packaging their spirit, pride and dedication to teamwork.
